Summary
Einbeziehung weiterer Straßen und Fahrzeuge aufgrund des Wegekostengutachtens in die Nutzerfinanzierung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur (Anlastung von Infrastruktur- und Luftverschmutzungskosten): Ausdehnung der Mautpflicht auf weitere ca. 1.100 km vierstreifige Bundesstraßen zum 1. Juli 2015, Absenkung der Mautpflichtgrenze von 12 auf 7,5 Tonnen zulässiges Gesamtgewicht zum 1. Oktober 2015;<br /> Änderung § 1 und Anlagen (Neufassung Anlage 1, bisherige Anlage 1 wird Anlage 1a) sowie Einfügung § 13a Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Wegekostengutachten 2013 – 2017<br /> Richtlinie 1999/62/EG vom 17.
