Europäische Erbrechtsverordnung, Anpassung der Zuständigkeit für die Erteilung deutscher Erbscheine, Bereinigung und Überführung verfahrensrechtlicher Vorschriften zum Erbschein aus dem BGB in das FamFG, Schließung von Regelungslücken bei Gebühren in Grundbuchsachen;<br /> <strong>Internationales Erbrechtsverfahrensgesetz</strong> (IntErbRVG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Neufassung §§ 343, 352 und 354, Einfügung §§ 352a bis 352e sowie Änderung §§ 344, 353 und 373 Gesetz über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit (FamFG), Änderung §§ 2270, 2278, 2361 und 2363, Neufassung § 2368 sowie Aufhebung §§ 2354 bis 2359, 2364 und 2369 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch sowie Änderung und Folgeänderung von weiteren 17 Gesetzen und 2 Rechtsverordnungen<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Klarstellungen betr. Amtsermittlungspflicht bei staatlichem Aneignungsrecht sowie landesrechtlichen Besonderheiten in Baden-Württemberg, Berichtigung von redaktionellen Versehen und Verweisungen; Gebührenregelungen u.a. bei Grundbucheintragungen, Möglichkeit der Rechtswahl im Erbvertrag;<br /> Änderung §§ 32 und 34 Internationales Erbrechtsverfahrensgesetz, zusätzliche Änderung § 52 Gerichtskostengesetz, § 69 und Anlage 1 Gerichts- und Notarkostengesetz, §§ 1941 und 2291 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch sowie § 30a Einführungsgesetz zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz
