Summary

Berücksichtigung von Veränderungen im Hochschulbereich sowie Lieferverpflichtungen an EUROSTAT bei der Datenbereitstellung: Einführung einer Studienverlaufsstatistik für gestufte Studiengänge und Promotionsphase sowie Statistik zu Hochschulräten, Erweiterung des Merkmalskatalogs zur Studierenden- und Prüfungsstatistik, zur Personalstatistik, zum wissenschaftlichen Personal und zu Berufsakademien, rechtliche Grundlage für zentrale Auswertungsdatenbank des Statistischen Bundesamtes, Wegfall von Stellenstatistik und Gasthörerstatistik; Änderung und Einfügung zahlreicher §§ Hochschulstatistikgesetz sowie §§ 9a und 13 Finanz- und Personalstatistikgesetz; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 912/2013 vom 23. September 2013 zur Durchführung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 452/2008 vom 23. April 2008 über die Erstellung und die Entwicklung von Statistiken über Bildung und lebenslanges Lernen im Hinblick auf Statistiken über die Systeme der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung (ABl. L 252, 24.09.2013, S. 5) und der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 995/2012 vom 26. Oktober 2012 mit Durchführungsvorschriften zur Entscheidung Nr. 1608/2003/EG zur Erstellung und Entwicklung von Gemeinschaftsstatistiken über Wissenschaft und Technologie (ABl. L 299, 27.10.2012, S. 18) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Beibehaltung der Gasthörerstatistik, Verlängerung der Speicherdauer der Daten zur Studienverlaufsstatistik, Terminverschiebung der ersten Datenlieferung der Erhebungen zu Studierenden und Prüfungen, Folgeänderungen; Erneute und zusätzliche Änderung §§ 3, 7 und 13 Hochschulstatistikgesetz
