Praxisgerechte Modernisierung des rechtlichen Rahmens der Bundesstatistik: Entlastung von Wirtschaft und Privatpersonen durch verstärkte Nutzung bereits vorhandener Verwaltungsdaten bei der Statistikerstellung, Ermöglichung der Verknüpfung wirtschaftsstatistischer Daten mit entsprechenden Daten aus Statistiken der Deutschen Bundesbank, Schaffung der Rechtsgrundlage für ein Anschriftenregister; Harmonisierung mit EU-Recht (Koordinierungszuständigkeit des Statistischen Bundesamtes, Zugang der Wissenschaft zu statistischen Daten u.a.); Flexibilisierung des Programms der Bundesstatistik; Rechtsbereinigung;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ von 7 Gesetzen; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2015/759 vom 29.
