Summary

Änderung bilanzrechtlicher Vorschriften betr. Verpflichtung großer kapitalmarktorientierter Kapitalgesellschaften und haftungsbeschränkter Personengesellschaften sowie großer Kreditinstitute und Versicherungsunternehmen zur Berichterstattung über wesentliche nichtfinanzielle Aspekte, insbes. zu Umwelt-, Arbeitnehmer- und Sozialbelangen, Achtung der Menschenrechte und Korruptionsbekämpfung, bei bestimmten Unternehmen auch zu Diversitätskonzepten für Leitungsorgane, Erweiterung bestehender Straf- und Bußgeldvorschriften; Berücksichtigung von Mitgliedstaatenoptionen, u.a. hinsichtlich Reduzierung der Belastung für Unternehmen; punktuelle Anpassung weiterer Vorschriften des Handelsbilanzrechts;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Handelsgesetzbuch sowie Änderung weiterer 10 Gesetze und 4 Rechtsverordnungen<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2014/95/EU vom 22. Oktober 2014 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2013/34/EU im Hinblick auf die Angabe nichtfinanzieller und die Diversität betreffender Informationen durch bestimmte große Unternehmen und Gruppen (ABl.
