Eindämmung missbräuchlicher Abmahnungen durch höhere Anforderungen zur Geltendmachung von Ansprüchen, Verringerung finanzieller Anreize, Transparenzerhöhung sowie vereinfachte Geltendmachung von Gegenansprüchen; Stärkung des Wettbewerbs und Marktöffnung für formgebundene Ersatzteile komplexer Erzeugnisse wie z.B.
