Summary
Einheitliche Rechtsform der bisherigen Medizinischen Dienste der Krankenversicherung (MDK) als eigenständige Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts unter der Bezeichnung MD, Neubesetzung der Verwaltungsräte und angemessene Finanzierung, Neuorganisation des Medizinischen Dienstes des Spitzenverbandes Bund der Krankenkassen (MDS) als Medizinischer Dienst Bund (MD Bund), weitere Maßnahmen zur Stärkung von Unabhängigkeit und einheitlicher Aufgabenwahrnehmung, Anreize für eine regelkonforme Abrechnung von Krankenhausleistungen und Verbesserung der Krankenhausabrechnungsprüfung sowie Erhöhung der Transparenz über das Prüfgeschehen u.a.; Evaluierung und Berichterstattung bis Ende 2023;<br /> Änderung von 9 Gesetzen und 1 Rechtsverordnung sowie Aufhebung von 1 Rechtsverordnung<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> zahlreiche Änderungen und Ergänzungen betr. Prüfquote bei Krankenhausabrechnungen, zusätzliche pflegeentlastende Maßnahmen und erstattungsfähige Personalkosten im Pflegebudget, Suche und Auswahl nichtverwandter Blutstammzellenspender, Weiterbildungsförderung für Kinder- und Jugendärzte, Qualitätskontrollen in Krankenhäusern, Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten der Patientenbeteiligung, GKV-Wechselverfahren, Abbau überschüssiger Finanzreserven und Transparenzerhöhung bei Leistungsentscheidungen der Krankenkassen, Stärkung der Ombudsperson, Einsatz von Antibiotika, Mittelverwendung für therapeutisches Personal, Geschlechterquote bei Sozialwahlen u.a.;<br /> Änderung weiterer 3 Gesetze und 1 Rechtsverordnung
