Summary
Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der medizinischen Versorgung: Leistungsanspruch Versicherter auf digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen, Erweiterung der Telematikinfrastruktur, Stärkung der Telemedizin, Vereinfachung von Verwaltungsprozessen, Ermöglichung der Förderung digitaler Innovationen durch Krankenkassen, Weiterentwicklung des Innovationsfonds bis 2024 und mögliche Überführung erfolgreicher Versorgungsansätze in die Regelversorgung, Weiterentwicklung von Regelungen zur Datentransparenz zu Forschungszwecken;<br /> Änderung von 5 Gesetzen und 1 Rechtsverordnung; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Interoperabilitätsverbesserung durch Vorgabe standardisierter neuer Schnittstellen im Interoperabilitätsverzeichnis als zwingende Voraussetzung zur IT-Zertifizierung, Regelung des Zugangs von Unikliniken zum Datenangebot des Forschungsdatenzentrums mit weiter eingeschränkten Identifizierungsmöglichkeiten, Verbesserung der Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit durch optimierte Nutzung des Bundesmedikationsplans u.a.;<br /> Änderung von 1 weiteren Rechtsverordnung
