Maßnahmen zur Erhebung und Bereitstellung umfassender und aktueller Daten zu Preisen und insbes. Preisentwicklungen unter Berücksichtigung neuerer Entwicklungen in EU-Verordnungen sowie wachsender technischer Möglichkeiten durch die Digitalisierung, Beseitigung von Rechtsunsicherheiten sowie Eröffnung neuer elektronischer Erhebungswege;<br /> Änderung, Einfügung und Aufhebung versch. §§ Gesetz über die Preisstatistik; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EU) 2016/1952 vom 26. Oktober 2016 über europäische Erdgas- und Strompreisstatistik und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 2008/92/EG (ABl. L 311, 17.11.2016, S. 1) ; Verordnung (EU) Nr. 93/2013 vom 1. Februar 2013 zur Festlegung von Durchführungsbestimmungen zu der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2494/95 des Rates über harmonisierte Verbraucherpreisindizes im Hinblick auf die Schaffung von Preisindizes für selbst genutztes Wohneigentum (ABl. L 33, 02.02.2013, S. 14) ; Verordnung (EU) 2016/792 vom 11. Mai 2016 über harmonisierte Verbraucherpreisindizes und den Häuserpreisindex sowie zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2494/95 des Rates (ABl.
