Erlass von Durchführungsbestimmungen für die neue Eurojust-Verordnung sowie Aufhebung und Anpassung von Umsetzungsbestimmungen des abgelösten Eurojust-Beschlusses: nationale Mitglieder und ihre Befugnisse, Eurojust-Anlaufstellen und Eurojust-Koordinierungssystem, Informationsaustausch und Datenspeicherung, nationale Kontrollen und Vorbehalte, Verhältnis zum Europäischen Justiziellen Netz in Strafsachen; Konstitutive Neufassung Eurojust-Gesetz unter dem Titel Gesetz über Eurojust und das Europäische Justizielle Netz in Strafsachen (Eurojust-Gesetz – EJG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung § 41 Bundeszentralregistergesetz und Folgeänderungen in 3 Rechtsverordnungen; Aufhebung Eurojust-Gesetz alte Fassung und Verordnung über die Rechtspersönlichkeit von Eurojust sowie die Vorrechte und Immunitäten der Bediensteten; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Verordnung (EU) 2018/1727 vom 14. November 2018 betreffend die Agentur der Europäischen Union für justizielle Zusammenarbeit in Strafsachen (Eurojust) und zur Ersetzung und Aufhebung des Beschlusses 2002/187/JI des Rates (ABl.
