Stärkung der höherqualifizierenden Berufsbildung durch Verbesserung von Förderleistungen und -strukturen: Ausweitung des Kreises der Förderberechtigten durch Erweiterung des Förderangebots auf alle beruflichen Fortbildungsstufen, Erhöhung diverser Zuschüsse, Einführung eines Vollzuschusses beim Unterhaltsbeitrag, Erweiterung der Stundungs- und Darlehenserlassmöglichkeiten aus sozialen Gründen, Erhöhung des einkommensunabhängigen Kinderbetreuungszuschlages für Alleinerziehende, Anhebung des Höchstalters für die förderungsrechtliche Berücksichtigung betreuungsbedürftiger Kinder, Erlassgewährung bei Existenzgründung, Anhebung des Darlehenserlasses bei Bestehen der Prüfung, Erlöschen der Darlehensrestschuld bei Sterbefällen, Förderung digitalisierter Fortbildungsangebote, Klarstellungen und Anpassungen an geänderte Bezugsnormen;<br /> Änderung zahlr. §§ Aufstiegsfortbildungsförderungsgesetz, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Annahme der Vorlage; Annahme einer Entschließung: regelmäßige Berichterstattung über die Auswirkungen der AFBG-Reform beginnend ab Ende 2023, Gesetzesevaluation im Jahr 2025, Angebot eines zinsfreien Darlehens ab dem 1.
