Gesetz zur Verbesserung der Hilfen für Familien bei Adoption (Adoptionshilfe-Gesetz)

Summary

Reform des Adoptionswesens: rechtlicher Anspruch aller an einer Adoption Beteiligten auf langfristige und fachlich fundierte Beratung und Unterstützung, Beratungspflicht bei Stiefkindadoptionen, Verbesserung von Informationsaustausch und Kontaktmöglichkeiten zwischen Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen und Adoptiv- und Herkunftsfamilien, Stärkung der Strukturen der Adoptionsvermittlung durch klare Zuständigkeitsregelungen, verpflichtende Begleitung von Auslandsadoptionen durch eine Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle unter Beachtung internationaler Standards, Einführung obligatorischer Anerkennungsverfahren für ausländische Adoptionsbeschlüsse, Evaluation und Berichterstattung zum 31. Dezember 2025 u.a.;<br /> Änderung zahlr. §§ Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetz sowie Änderung des Langtitels in Gesetz über die Vermittlung und Begleitung der Adoption und über das Verbot der Vermittlung von Ersatzmüttern, Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit sowie Adoptionswirkungsgesetz, Folgeänderungen in weiteren 4 Gesetzen und 2 Rechtsverordnungen; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetz<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Erweiterung des Zeitrahmens zur Einholung des Einverständnisses zu Informationsaustausch und Kontakt, Beratung zu unterstützenden Maßnahmen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe als Alternative zu einer Adoption, örtliche Zuständigkeit für Adoptionsbewerber<strong>, </strong>Klarstellungen, redaktionelle Änderungen, Verschiebung des Inkrafttretens der Regelungen auf 01.
