Sicherung von Meinungs- und Handlungsfreiheit als Grundlagen der Demokratie gegen insbes. rechtsextreme Hassrede im Internet durch Fortentwicklung der Regelungen in den Bereichen Vereinfachung der Meldewege, Vergleichbarkeit der Transparenzberichte, außergerichtliche Streitbeilegung betr. erfolgte oder abgelehnte Entfernungen, Zuständigkeit der Zustellungsbevollmächtigten und Aufsichtsbefugnis des BfJ; Vereinfachung der gerichtlichen Feststellung einer Auskunftspflicht des Diensteanbieters zur Bestandsdaten; Umsetzung von Vorgaben der Richtlinie über audiovisuelle Mediendienste zu Compliance-Pflichten von Videosharingplattform-Diensten;<br /> Änderung §§ 1 bis 6 sowie Einfügung §§ 3b bis 3f und 4a Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz, Änderung § 14 Telemediengesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2018/1808 vom 14.
