Umsetzung europarechtlicher Vorgaben zur Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräten (EAG), insb. zur Steigerung der Sammelmenge und Stärkung der Vorbereitung zur Wiederverwendung: Ausbau der Rücknahmestellen, Erweiterung der Rücknahmepflicht im Handel, Informationspflichten der Wirtschaft, Kooperationsmöglichkeit für öffentlich-rechtliche Entsorgungsträger und zertifizierte Erstbehandlungsanlagen, Anpassung des Zertifizierungswesens an die Entwicklungen im Bereich der Erstbehandlung; Verhinderung des Trittbrettfahrens von Herstellern mit Sitz außerhalb der EU unter Zuhilfenahme von elektronischen Marktplätzen und Fulfilment-Dienstleistern; Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ und Anlagen Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz, Folgeänderung § 19 Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Richtlinie 2012/19/EU vom 4.
