Summary
Beseitigung von Defiziten zur Umsetzung der EU-Versuchstierrichtlinie: vollumfängliche Genehmigungsverfahren für Tierversuche zur Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung, vereinfachte Genehmigungsverfahren für sonstige Tierversuche (z. B. Versuchsvorhaben zu diagnostischen Zwecken), Neuregelung des Prüfumfangs eines Genehmigungsantrags, detaillierte Ausgestaltung der Vorschriften zur Kontrolle von Tierversuchseinrichtungen (Häufigkeit und Umfang) durch zuständige Behörden, Neuregelung der Aufgaben des Tierschutzbeauftragten in Forschungseinrichtungen und die Zusammensetzung und Aufgaben des dortigen Tierschutzausschusses;<br /> Änderung versch. §§ Tierschutzgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2010/63/EU vom 22. September 2010 zum Schutz der für wissenschaftliche Zwecke verwendeten Tiere (ABl. L 276, 20.10.2010, S. 33)<br /> Vertragsverletzungsverfahren betr. unzureichender Umsetzung der EU-Versuchstierrichtlinie<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Klarstellungen und redaktionelle Änderung<br /> Erneute Änderung §§ 5, 15 und 21 Tierschutzgesetz
