Nationale gesetzliche Regelung der Vollzugsbestimmungen der EU-Marktüberwachungsverordnung für den europäisch harmonisierten Non-food-Produktbereich und Übertragung auf europäisch nicht harmonisierte Produkte aus dem Anwendungsbereich des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes unter erstmaliger Berücksichtigung auch des Online-Handels;<br /> Gesetz zur Marktüberwachung und zur Sicherstellung der Konformität von Produkten (<strong>Marktüberwachungsgesetz</strong> – MüG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EU) 2019/1020 vom 20. Juni 2019 über Marktüberwachung und die Konformität von Produkten sowie zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2004/42/EG und der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 765/2008 und (EU) Nr. 305/2011 vom 20.07.2019 (ABl. L 169, 25.6.2019, S. 1)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong><strong> </strong>Übernahme zahlreicher z.T. leicht angepasster Änderungen des Bundesrates betr. Zuständigkeiten, Tätigwerden und Betretungsrechte der Marktüberwachungsbehörden, Beschränkung von Marktüberwachungsstrategien auf den harmonisierten Produktbereich, kostenlose Probeentnahme sowie Vermeidung doppelter Datenerfassung; redaktionelle Klarstellungen, Korrekturen und Anpassungen;<br /> Änderung versch. §§ Marktüberwachungsgesetz
