Summary
Einrichtung eines Bewacherregisters gem. Gesetz zur Änderung bewachungsrechtlicher Vorschriften vom 4. November 2016 zur elektronisch auswertbaren bundesweiten Erfassung von Daten zu Bewachungsgewerbetreibenden und Bewachungspersonal, damit Verbesserung des Vollzugs des Bewachungsrechts insbes. in sensiblen Bereichen wie Flüchtlingsunterkünften und Großveranstaltungen, Ermöglichung schneller und verlässlicher Feststellung von Zuverlässigkeit und fachlicher Eignung von Gewerbetreibenden und Wachpersonen bei Vor-Ort-Kontrollen durch die zuständigen Behörden, bundesweite Regelung der Zuständigkeit zur Vermeidung von Mehrfachüberprüfungen;<br /> Änderung §§ 11b und 159a Gewerbeordnung, Änderung Art. 1 (Änderung § 34a Gewerbeordnung) sowie Aufhebung Art. 2 (erneute Änderung § 34a Gewerbeordnung) Gesetz zur Änderung bewachungsrechtlicher Vorschriften; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Gesetz zur Änderung bewachungsrechtlicher Vorschriften, s.
