Schutz vor Umsatzsteuerhinterziehungen auf elektronischen Marktplätzen, insbes. beim Handel mit Waren aus Drittländern, Datenvorhaltungs- und Haftungspflichten für Betreiber; weitere steuerrechtliche Einzelregelungen betr. Anpassung an EU-Recht, Förderung der Elektromobilität bei der Dienstwagenbesteuerung, Verlustabzug bei Kapitalgesellschaften u.a.; Umsetzung von Gerichtsurteilen, Folgeänderungen und Anpassungen an vorangegangene Gesetzesänderungen;<br /> Änderung von 9 Gesetzen und 1 Rechtsverordnung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2017/2455 vom 5.
