Summary
Umsetzung von EU-Recht betr. Rückverfolgbarkeit und Kennzeichnung von Tabakerzeugnissen mit Sicherheitsmerkmalen zur Unterbindung illegalen Handels und Gewährleistung der Produktechtheit mit zeitversetzter Anwendbarkeit für Zigaretten und Tabak zum Selbstdrehen sowie übrige Tabakerzeugnisse, Verpflichtung zur Benennung einer von der Tabakwirtschaft unabhängigen Ausgabestelle innerhalb eines Jahres mit Zuständigkeit für Erstellung und Vergabe von Identifikationscodes an Wirtschaftsteilnehmer, Betriebsstätten und Maschinen, das Führen entsprechender Register sowie das Generieren und die Ausgabe individueller Erkennungsmerkmale für Einzel- und aggregierte Verpackungen von Tabakerzeugnissen;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Tabakerzeugnisgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2014/40/EU vom 3. April 2014 zur Angleichung der Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die Herstellung, die Aufmachung und den Verkauf von Tabakerzeugnissen und verwandten Erzeugnissen und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 2001/37/EG (ABl.
