Summary
Umsetzung der Änderungen des Londoner Protokolls zur Verbesserung des Meeresumweltschutzes durch Verbot der Meeresdüngung zu kommerziellen Zwecken: Schaffung eines neuen Ausnahmetatbestandes zum Verbot der Einbringung von Stoffen und Gegenständen in die Hohe See für Vorhaben des Geo-Engineerings, Festlegung von Erlaubnisvoraussetzungen und Maßnahmen, Regelung der Zuständigkeit des Umweltbundesamtes für die Erlaubniserteilung von Vorhaben und deren Überwachung, Änderung von Bußgeld- und weiterer Vorschriften, Folgeänderungen sowie Erweiterung einer Ermächtigungsgrundlage zum Erlass von Rechtsverordnungen;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ und Anlage Hohe-See-Einbringungsgesetz, Änderung versch. §§ Wasserhaushaltsgesetz sowie § 27 Tierische Nebenprodukte-Beseitigungsverordnung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Vertragsgesetz s.
