Änderungen betr. des an Bord mitzuführenden Seearbeitszeugnisses eines Schiffes zur Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen des Seearbeitsübereinkommens: Regelung für die Zeitspanne zw. Erneuerungsprüfung und Ausstellung und Übermittlung des neuen Zeugnisses, Streichung des bisherigen Kurzzeitzeugnisses und Ersetzung durch die Möglichkeit der Gültigkeitsverlängerung mittels Hinzufügen eines festgelegten Textes, Festlegung der Verlängerungshöchstdauer auf 5 Monate, Anpassung an Verfahren der Internationalen Seeschiffahrtsorganisation zur Zeugniserneuerung; Einführung eines Leistungsanspruchs der Sozialeinrichtungen für Seeleute in inländischen Häfen;<br /> Änderung §§ 119, 131 und 136 Seearbeitsgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Beschluss der Internationalen Arbeitskonferenz (IAK) der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (IAO) auf der 105.
