Umsetzung der EU-Neuregelung betr. Qualifikation und Zulassung von Personen und Klassifizierungsmethoden für die Einstufung von Schlachtkörpern (Rinder, Schweine, Schafe) sowie Anpassung fleischhandelsrechtlicher Vorschriften an EU-rechtliche Vorgaben und den sich aus der Kontrollpraxis ergebenden Regelungsbedarf;<br /> Änderung §§ 2, 3, 4, 6 und 16 Fleischgesetz, redaktionelle Änderungen und Folgeänderungen; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis<br /> <br /> Bezug: Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2017/1182 vom 20. April 2017 zur Ergänzung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1308/2013 in Bezug auf die Handelsklassenschemata der Union für Schlachtkörper von Rindern, Schweinen und Schafen und zur Meldung der Marktpreise für bestimmte Kategorien von Schlachtkörpern und lebenden Tieren (ABl.
