Summary

Anpassung des Tierzuchtrechts an geändertes EU-Recht: Schaffung von Durchführungsregelungen (Konkretisierung bzw. Streichung nationaler Regelungen), Bewehrung von Ordnungswidrigkeiten, Anpassung der Zweckbestimmung sowie der Höhe der Bußgelder bei Rechtsverstößen; Konstitutive Neufassung Tierzuchtgesetz – TierZG als Artikel 1 der Vorlage sowie Änderung § 2 Rinderregistrierungsdurchführungsgesetz, Aufhebung Tierzuchtgesetz alte Fassung; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Rinderregistrierungsdurchführungsgesetz Bezug: Verordnung (EU) 2016/1012 vom 8. Juni 2016 über die Tierzucht- und Abstammungsbestimmungen für die Zucht, den Handel und die Verbringung in die Union von reinrassigen Zuchttieren und Hybridzuchtschweinen sowie deren Zuchtmaterial und zur Änderung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 652/2014, der Richtlinien 89/608/EWG und 90/425/EWG sowie zur Aufhebung einiger Rechtsakte im Bereich der Tierzucht ("EU-Tierzuchtverordnung") (ABl. L 171, 29.06.2016, S. 66) ; Richtlinie 90/428/EWG vom 26. Juni 1990 über den Handel mit Sportpferden und zur Festlegung der Bedingungen für die Teilnahme an pferdesportlichen Veranstaltungen (ABl.
