Summary
Anpassung nationaler Regelungen an wegen Übersetzungsfehlern berichtigtes EU-Recht: Streichung der Begriffe "Regionalbahnen" und "Regionalbahnsysteme" und somit Ausweitung des Anwendungsbereichs der Umsetzungsvorschriften, Neueinführung des Begriffs "übergeordnetes Netz"; Klarstellungen betr. Bindung der technischen Hilfeleistung an die mit der Sicherheitsbescheinigung ausgewiesene Betriebskategorie sowie der Verpflichtung von Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen zu umfassender Hilfeleistung unabhängig von der Art ihrer Sicherheitsbescheinigung, redaktionelle Änderungen;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Allgemeines Eisenbahngesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2016/797 vom 11.
