Schaffung von Rechtssicherheit und Vermeidung negativer Auswirkungen des bevorstehenden EU-Austritts von Großbritannien (Brexit) auf Unternehmen nach britischem Gesellschaftsrecht mit deutschem Verwaltungssitz, insbes. in der Rechtsform einer Ltd.; Erweiterung der Möglichkeiten zum geordneten Wechsel in eine inländische Gesellschaftsrechtsform mit beschränkter Haftung, Ergänzung von Vorschriften über die Hineinverschmelzung von Kapitalgesellschaften auf Personenhandelsgesellschaften, Ermöglichung der Umwandlung z.B. in eine Kommanditgesellschaft (KG) mit Beteiligungsmöglichkeit persönlich haftender Gesellschafter, Übergangsregelung;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Umwandlungsgesetz<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Kenntnisnahme der Vorlage; Annahme einer Entschließung betr.
