Weitere Verbesserung der Mitwirkung der Aktionäre bei börsennotierten Gesellschaften sowie Erleichterung der grenzüberschreitenden Information und Ausübung von Aktionärsrechten: Regelungen zu Mitspracherechten der Aktionäre bei der Vergütung von Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand und zu Geschäften mit der Gesellschaft nahestehenden Unternehmen und Personen, zur besseren Identifikation und Information von Aktionären sowie zur Verbesserung der Transparenz bei institutionellen Anlegern, Vermögensverwaltern und Stimmrechtsberatern;<br /> Änderung von 10 Gesetzen sowie Aufhebung von 1 und Änderung von 4 Rechtsverordnungen; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2017/828 vom 17.
