Umsetzung des Beschlusses des Bundeskanzlers mit den Landesregierungschefs: Ermöglichung einer gemeinsamen Abrechnung der Ausgleichsbeträge in den Jahren 2023 bis 2025 und Ausdehnung der Überjährigkeit auf das Jahr 2025 zur Steuerung des Ausgleichsbedarfs bei der Finanzierung des Deutschlandtickets, Einbehalt eines Teilbetrages der Regionalisierungsmittel in Höhe von 350 Mio Euro im Jahr 2025 aufgrund der notwendigen Konsolidierung des Bundeshaushalts und Auszahlung an die Länder im Jahr 2026;<br /> Änderung §§ 5,9 und Anlage 8 Regionalisierungsgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Beschluss des Bundeskanzlers mit den Regierungschefinnen und -chefs der Länder vom 6.
