Schaffung von Grundlagen für die elektronische Kommunikation mit dem Standesamt bei weitgehendem Verzicht auf die Vorlage urkundlicher Nachweise durch anzeigepflichtige Institutionen und Antragstellende bei ausgewählten personenstandsrechtlichen Verfahren (z.B. bei Geburts- oder Sterbeanzeige oder bei Anmeldung einer Eheschließung): Durchführung eines automatisierten Abrufverfahrens für Daten aus Registern anderer Standesämter, Verzicht auf Eintragung der Zugehörigkeit zu einer Religionszugehörigkeit, Intensivierung der elektronischen Nacherfassung von papiergebundenen Alteinträgen in den Personenstandsregistern; klarstellende und redaktionelle Änderungen personenstandsrechtlichen Vorschriften;<br /> Änderung zahlr. §§ Personenstandsgesetz und Personenstandsverordnung, Aufhebung § 3 Gesetz zur Reform des Vormundschafts- und Betreuungsrechts; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Personenstandsgesetz und Personenstandsverordnung
