Fachlich notwendige Änderungen in verschiedenen Bereichen des deutschen Steuerrechts, insbes. Anpassungen zur weiteren Digitalisierung, Verfahrensvereinfachung, Rechtssicherheit und Steuergerechtigkeit sowie Umsetzung des Koalitionsvertrages, Anpassungen an EU-Recht sowie Rechtsprechung von EuGH, Bundesverfassungsgericht und Bundesfinanzhof sowie Umsetzung redaktionellen und technischen Regelungsbedarfs betr. Auszahlung öffentlicher Leistungen mit steuerlicher Identifikationsnummer, Entfristung des in der Corona-Pandemie als sogen. Homeoffice-Pauschale eingeführten Abzugs bei häuslicher beruflicher Tätigkeit, Ertragsteuerbefreiung für Photovoltaikanlagen und Beratung durch Lohnsteuerhilfevereine, Spitzensteuersatz für Gewinneinkünfte, Abschreibungssatz von Wohngebäuden, Sonderausgabenabzug für Altersvorsorgeaufwendungen, Erhöhung des Sparer-Pauschbetrags, Ausbildungsfreibetrag, Steuerfreistellung des Grundrentenzuschlages, Verfahrensverbesserungen bei der Riester-Förderung, Anhebung der u.a. für die Erbschaftsteuer maßgeblichen Immobilienwerte sowie Umsatzbesteuerung; Folgeänderungen, Anpassungen und Fehlerkorrekturen;<br /> Änderung von 13 Gesetzen und 2 Rechtsverordnungen sowie Aufhebung von 1 Rechtsverordnung; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2006/112/EG vom 28.
