Summary
Umsetzung der Richtlinie zur Förderung sauberer und energieeffizienter Straßenfahrzeuge durch Begünstigung emissionsarmer und emissionsfreier Fahrzeuge im Rahmen der öffentlichen Auftragsvergabe: Ausschluss synthetischer paraffinischer Dieselkraftstoffe aus fossilen Quellen oder kritischer biogener Rohstoffe (z.B. Palmöl) zur Erreichung der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestbeschaffungsziele von sauberen schweren Nutzfahrzeugen; redaktionelle Korrekturen;<br /> Änderung §§ 2, 5, 7, 9 und 10 Saubere-Fahrzeuge-Beschaffungs-Gesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2019/1161 vom 20. Juni 2019 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2009/33/EG über die Förderung sauberer und energieeffizienter Straßenfahrzeuge (ABl. L188, 12.7.2019, S. 116)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Erhöhung der Beschaffungsquote im zweiten Referenzzeitraum vom 1. Januar 2026 bis zum 31.
