Übernahme der Begriffsbestimmungen des EU-Tiergesundheitsrechts, Ermächtigung zum Erlass einer Verordnung zur Seuchenmeldung sowie zur Anpassung der nationalen Regelungen zu immunologischen Tierarzneimitteln an die EU-Tierarzneimittelverordnung sowie deren Überführung vom Tiergesundheitsgesetz ins Tierarzneimittelgesetz; Anpassung der Entschädigungsregeln im Tierseuchenfall an Vorgaben des EU-Beihilferechts, Anhebung des Entschädigungshöchstsatzes für den Verlust bestimmter Geflügelarten im Tierseuchenfall auf 110 Euro je Geflügeltier; Einschränkung von Grundrechten betr.
