Summary
Eelnõu muudatusettepanekud on keelevaldkonna õigusraamistiku ajakohastamiseks, et tugevdada eesti keele staatust riigikeelena ning eesti keele positsiooni ja nähtavust avalikus ruumis. Muudatuste eesmärk on tagada, et eesti keel oleks ühiskonnas peamine teabe- ja suhtluskeel. Olulisemad muudatused puudutavad avalik-õiguslike juriidiliste isikute eestikeelset asjaajamist, võõrkeelsete kaubamärkide, audioreklaami ning riigi ja kohaliku omavalitsuse asutuste veebiaadresside keelsust, samuti platvormitööd tegevate isikute keelenõudeid. Ühistranspordiseaduse muudatuse sisuks on taksojuhile nõutaval tasemel riigikeele oskuse nõude sätestamine teenindajakaardi saamise eeldusena.
