Summary
Eelnõuga soovitakse kehtestada Euroopa Parlamendi valimistel, kohaliku omavalitsuse volikogu valimistel ja Riigikogu valimistel osalevatele erakondadele nõue, et üles seatavad nimekirjad oleksid sooliselt tasakaalustatud. Muudatuse kohaselt ei tohi kummastki soost kandidaatide arvu vahe erakondade valimisnimekirjades olla suurem kui üks. Ettepaneku järgi peavad eri soost kandidaadid valimisnimekirjas asetsema vaheldumisi.
