The draft stipulates that, in order to enable the Language Inspection to better and more effectively carry out the activities assigned to it and at the same time to motivate legal entities to require their employees to know the Estonian language, it is desired to raise the corresponding fine ceiling for legal entities from EUR 640 to EUR 6,400.
