Perehüvitiste seaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu eesmärk on lapsetoetuste võrdsustamine selliselt, et ka pere esimese ja teise lapse kohta hakatakse lapsetoetust maksma 100 eurot kuus. Olukorras, kus lasterikkale perele makstakse alates 2017. aastast täiendavalt ka peretoetust, pole vajadust lapsetoetuse summat laste arvujärgi eristada ning see vöiks olla kõigile lastele samasugune.
