Summary
Eelnõuga täiendatakse seadust uue paragrahviga, milles nähakse ette toetus isikutele, kes annavad kas osa neile kuuluvast eluruumist või eluruumi tervikuna kasutamiseks rahvusvahelist kaitset taotlevale välismaalasele või rahvusvahelise kaitse saanud välismaalasele. Toetuse saamise tingimuseks on, et eluruum antakse kasutada tasuta ning eluruumi kasutusse andmise aeg on vähemalt pool aastat ühtejärge. Valitsusele antakse volitus kehtestada toetuse suurus ning selle maksmise kord. Eelnõu algatajate ettepanek on, et toetus oleks 210 eurot kuus ning see oleks ette nähtud nendele inimestele, kes annavad osa oma elamispinnast või ka neile kuuluva vaba elamispinna Ukraina sõjapõgenike majutamiseks vähemalt kuueks kuuks.
