Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt ei kohandata eesti keele oskuse nõudeid rahvusvahelise kaitse taotlejale ja rahvusvahelise kaitse saajale, kes on saabunud Eestisse enne 31. detsembrit 2022 ning viibinud Eestis vähem kui kaks aastat. Eelnõu algatajad teevad ettepaneku lubada Eestisse saabunud sõjapõgenikud kiiresti tööjõuturule, vabastades nad selleks tähtajaliselt eesti keele nõude täitmisest.
