Summary
The purpose of the bill is to bring the Family Benefits Act (hereinafter PHS), the Social Tax Act (hereinafter SMS) and the Employment Contract Act (hereinafter TLS) into line with the Constitution. In several provisions, the current law regulates only the rights and opportunities provided for the spouse, but does not extend to the partner registered under the Cohabitation Act. Such a situation contradicts the principle of equal treatment stipulated in § 12 of the Constitution and needs to be changed.
