Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on viia perehüvitiste seadus (edaspidi PHS), sotsiaalmaksuseadus (edaspidi SMS) ja töölepingu seadus (edaspidi TLS) kooskõlla põhiseadusega. Kehtiv seadus reguleerib mitmes sättes üksnes abikaasale ettenähtud õigusi ja võimalusi, kuid ei laiene kooseluseaduse alusel registreeritud elukaaslasele. Selline olukord on vastuolus põhiseaduse §-s 12 sätestatud võrdse kohtlemise põhimõttega ja vajab muutmist.
