Planeerimisseaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu näeb ette anda kohalikele omavalitsustele õigus välistada visuaalset vaadet oluliselt rikkuvate tuuleparkide rajamist. Selleks antakse kohalikele omavalitsustele õigus mitte algatada eriplaneeringut või detailplaneeringut, kui planeeringu elluviimisega kaasneks planeeritava tuuleelektrijaama ebaproportsionaalne negatiivne visuaalne mõju.
