Summary
Eelnõuga sätestatakse, et ettekirjutuse täitmatajätmise korral on rakendatava sunniraha ülemmäär juriidilistele isikutele 5120 eurot. Füüsilistele isikutele jääb kehtima senine sunniraha ülemmäär 640 eurot. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et eelnõu eesmärk on parandada keeleseaduse täitmist, motiveerida asutuste juhte ja ettevõtjaid positiivselt, panustamaks enam töötajate eesti keele õppesse. Eelnõu võimaldaks Keeleinspektsioonil tulemuslikumalt teostada järelevalvet keeleseaduse täitmise üle.
