Summary
Eelnõuga võimaldatakse valitsusel kehtestada sidevõrkudes kasutatava tehnoloogia kooskõlastamise nõue, et tagada seeläbi sidevõrkude kõrge turvalisuse tase. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et võrkude kvaliteedi kindlustamiseks, küberrünnakute mõju minimeerimiseks ja poliitiliste manipulatsioonide vältimiseks tuleb tagada, et sidevõrkude rajamine ning nende vahendusel sideteenuste osutamine toimuks turvalise tehnoloogia abil ning usaldusväärse partneri poolt.
