Summary

Eelnõuga muudetakse notari ametisse saamise korda. Selleks tuleb notari ametikoha täitmiseks edaspidi alati sooritada eksam. Enam ei saa kandideerida kunagi varem sooritatud eksamitulemuse alusel, nii nagu see on praegu. Notarid, notarikanditaadid ja notari asendajad peavad läbima kohustusliku täiendõppe. Olulise muudatusena ühtlustatakse notaritele ja kohtutäituritele distsiplinaarsüüteo eest ettenähtud maksimaalsed trahvimäärad advokaatidele ja patendivolinikele määratavate trahvimääradega. Rahatrahvi piirmäär tõstetakse 6400 eurolt 16 000 euroni.
