Summary
Raudteeseaduse muutmine on tingitud vajadusest täpsustada Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi "Ühenduse raudteesüsteemis vedurite ja ronge juhtivate vedurijuhtide sertifitseerimise kohta" ja Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi, millega luuakse ühtne Euroopa raudteepiirkond, ülevõtvaid sätteid. Sätete mittekohesele ülevõtmisele on juhtinud tähelepanu Euroopa Komisjon. Olemuslikult on muudatused erilise mõjuta ega eelda senise käitumise muutmist. Ühistranspordiseaduses rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu vastavat määrust, mis käsitleb bussisõitjate õigusi.
