Summary
Eelnõu laiendab tänast töötlemata ümarpuidu eriveole kehtestatud regulatsiooni teistele veoliikidele. Eelnõu kohaselt võib jagatava kauba erivedu teostada vastava määruse kehtestatud tingimustel, kui erivedu teostatakse Euro 5 või vähem saastatavasse euro heitgaasiklassi kuuluva vedukiga, autorongiga. Kusjuures autorongi koosseisus olevate sõidukite kõik teljed, välja arvatud juhttelg, on varustatud paarisratastega ning autorongi tegelik mass ei ületa seejuures kuueteljelisel autorongil 48 tonni ning seitsmeteljelisel või rohkemateljelisel 52 tonni. Erivedu toimub tee omaniku määratud teevõrgul, samuti võib tee omanik määrata eriveole täiendavad tingimused. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et muudatusel on positiivne mõju maanteetranspordi sektorile, sest võimaldab suurendada vedude efektiivsust ja vastava majandusharu konkurentsivõimet.
