Summary

The bill brings the corresponding chapter of the Aviation Act into line with the EU regulation, which regulates both commercial and non-commercial aviation activities. Until now, only commercial air transport was regulated at the EU level. When supplementing the Aviation Act, the need to bring the Aviation Act into line with the corresponding EU regulation, which regulates the qualifications and permits of aviation personnel, has also been taken into account.
