Summary
Edaspidi peab elutähtsa teenuse osutaja (ETO), kelle teenuse toimimiseks hädavajalikud andmed või seadmed asuvad välisriigis, tagama ühenduse vähemalt kahe tehnoloogiliselt erineva elektroonilise side teenuse kaudu. See aitab vähendada katkestuste riski ja kindlustab teenuse järjepidevust. Ühtlasi kaob Riigi Infosüsteemi Ameti (RIA) ülesanne teha järelevalvet ETO-de välisriigis asuvate infosüsteemide üle. Järelevalvet teeb edaspidi elutähtsa teenuse toimepidevust korraldav asutus ETO-de üle tehtava järelevalve raames. Muudatused toetavad elutähtsate teenuste jätkusuutlikku osutamist ja vähendavad teenuste katkemise riske ka juhul, kui teenuse toimimiseks vältimatult vajalikud andmed või seadmed asuvad välisriigis.
