Summary

The bill updates the necessary references to EU law, changes the applicable provisions in accordance with the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform package, based on the prerequisites, implementation control and monitoring necessary for the implementation of EU CAP remedies. Changes are being made to the system of direct agricultural subsidies. The implementation of measures for the common market organization of agricultural products will be brought into line with the amended relevant regulation of the EU.
