The purpose of the bill is to ensure the preservation and diversity of cultural heritage through the protection of material and spiritual cultural heritage. According to the draft, in addition to the existing archaeological find, the archaeological site should also be protected. The draft stipulates the principles of heritage protection and regulates the recognition, protection and preservation of cultural monuments, heritage sites and archaeological sites.
