Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse rahvastiku toimingute tõhustamiseks ja kitsaskohtade lahendamiseks muudatused, millega vähendatakse sünni registreerimise kohti ning võimaldatakse tervishoiuteenuse osutaja tõendita sündi registreerida muude piisavate tõendite alusel ilma kohtusse pöördumata. Elukoha registreerimise menetluses luuakse võimalus registreerida lapse elukoht KOV-i algatusel ilma teise hooldusõigusliku vanema nõusolekuta, moodustada isikukood EL-i või Šveitsi kodanikule elukoha registreerimisel ning lihtsustatakse EL-i kodaniku elukoha registreerimist Eestist välisriiki. Samuti laiendatakse 15–17-aastaste haldusmenetlusteovõimet, võimaldades neil näha ja piirata oma rahvastikuregistri andmete kättesaadavust ning esitada kontaktandmeid, lisa-aadressi ja ütluspõhiseid andmeid.
