Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse seaduse ja ravikindlustuse seaduse sätteid, mis taastaksid muutmata jätmise korral alates 01.01.2023 enne 01.01.2021 kehtinud haigushüvitiste maksmise korra. Eelnõu vastuvõtmise korral säilib haigushüvitiste maksmise kord, mille kohaselt on töötaja omavastutus esimene haiguspäev ning tööandja maksab hüvitist teisest viienda päevani ning haigekassa maksab hüvitist alates kuuendast päevast.
